They chose to locate the roaster on a local shopping street with the hope that coffee beans could become part of people’s daily shopping routine just like buying fresh vegetables.
The roaster, Yamamoto-san is eager to re-interpret the Japanese dark roast based on the specialty coffee technique. He is also keen to source a variety of beans from Africa to Asia to enrich the customer’s choice.
