Somewhat nostalgic yet refreshingly stylish- hand crafted Coffee Measure by artisan wood carver Yusuke Tazawa

The coffee measure, inspired by the aesthetics of Japanese traditional ladles you see often at shrines and tea ceremony occasions, has one of a kind cerenity and elegance to it. The slim handle and its incredibly smooth figure makes it a true treasure, adding class to your collection.

You can measure roughly 10g of coffee beans in one scoop.

This time, we introduce 2 varieties- oil coating and "Urushi", Japanese lacquer paint coating. Each ages differently, expressing its unique character more as you use and cherish.

Maintenance Tips

Since it is handmade, the sizes may differ and it may change its size from environmental changes. It may have streaks that exist naturally. It needs careful attention with water since it may leave stains if it is left in contact with water for too long. When washing, please dry as soon as possible and avoid sitting in water. When the spoons turn white due to dryness, apply some oil for recovery. When left under the sunlight, it could crack or deform so it is advised to be placed in an airy space.
