The coffee processing starts with 23 hours of fermentation in its cherry form, followed by the pulp removal and drying on the parchment step with the mucilage intact for another 23 hours.
The cherries were then rinsed and dried on an African bed.
This is by far my favorite coffee. Ithas a lot of different flavours, it's light, fruity but it also has a sweet note. Already repurchased.

Easy to bring out different notes by slightly changing brew methods. Would definitely recommend if you’re interested in a juicy cup.

A good balance of sweetness and fruitiness. I usually like light roast beans but I enjoyed the medium roast summer blend very much.
