<About Hario V60>
With its swirling ridges and startling looks, the Hario V60, Ceramic Coffee Dripper is a staple to any filter kit. The ceramic filter cone of the V60 highlights the flavor-enhancing ribbing and aesthetic elegance of Hario’s exquisite, hand-pour coffee dripper. Conceived and crafted in Japan, the V60 has become a ‘go to’ dripper design for leading baristas in many of the world’s most popular pour-over coffee shops.
Noticeable difference from standard v60 dripper. More consistent brews than standard v60 too, not sure why but seems to hold true after nearly 1.5 months of use
Started making the best pour overs at our house with the 6:4 method. Using standard v60 filters work best with the recommended coarse grind. Specialty v60 filters (like Cafec Light Roast T92) tend to slow the flow too much with the Kasuya V60, but standard v60 filters work perfectly.
I like this brewer and it's perfect for 6:4 method by Kasuya.. 4 stars for brewer but 5 stars for Kurasu "after sales service"
I love this brewer. It’s beautiful and has a very nice glossy black finish. Aside from that, it really does make a remarkable cup of coffee, provided you use the 4-6 method. This really is different than a standard V60. Because the ribs have been removed from the drain hole, a courser grind size is required, almost like a French press, which sounds weird, but it really works. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this as someone’s first pour over brewer, but for someone who loves coffee and pour overs, it’s a great addition.
This version of Hario V20 is pretty cool with its larger bottom opening it speeds up brew time or can. Different grinding settings will allow to get your favorite cup. Would recommend to anyone.
