Roaster's Note

An anaerobic natural Sidra from El Diviso- what a sensational combination of words for us coffee nerds around the world.
Known for its complex, vivid and flamboyant flavor, Sidra, a hybrid of Red Bourbon and Typica, is often called "a next Geisha."

The green already has such wonderful potential, and when such beans go through anaerobic process, the end product can never be less than extraordinary.
One cannot move on to their second sip without clamouring in joy, overwhelmed by its absolute fruitiness.

Some may find this kind of flamboyance a little out of place for Kurasu's usual lineup, but we love how it makes superb espresso and latte.
Do try this at home, but if possible, drop by at our cafes and have our baristas prepare this for you. It's just so special.

Toward medium roast

Great flavour, medium light roast but I think more toward medium side. Probably need to adjust grind size a bit for hand drip
