Roaster's Note

A beautiful lot from Huehuetenango, a well-known area in Guatemala for its lovely terroir, has arrived.

The aroma that gives you flowers blooming in blue and purple, the mellow, deep sweetness of fig, and the thick, caramel-like sweetness make this a cup to remember. On this cup own makes a proper treat, but it also pairs wonderfully with dessert.

It works as a cold drink, but I urge you to chill your room well and enjoy this hot.
