I looooove this blend. The biggest note I get is dark chocolate. This matcha is so enjoyable for such a great price.

A change of pace from my go-to house blend, and needless to say I thoroughly enjoyed this iteration! Would definitely order more for my next batch.

I love the ability to use both wave and conical filters for this brewer. It allows you to dial just about any coffee or recipe to really experiment, but also makes good coffee if you just want to zero in on one specific recipe. I will be using this for my daily brews for a while. Doesn’t hurt that it also looks nice.

The small Origami is a beautiful dripper, both in aesthetics and functionality, but very difficult to get in the United States. I purchased one through Kurasu that unfortunately arrived cracked after an adventure for almost 2 weeks with DHL. However, they immediately apologized and shipped me a replacement one at no charge, with arrived from Kyoto in 4 days - faster than I get most things in the US. I’ll forever be a fan of them for how that was handled.

The coffee is excellent - I use it with Wave 155 papers since I also have a Kalita, but think the origami is superior. The cup is cleaner and neater, and never clogs like the Kalita can. Overall I’m thrilled with the purchase.

This one is wonderful for milk-based coffee drink. It’s strong enough to cut through the milk and retain the coffee flavour and not overly strong to be drank as espresso.

The build quality is really nice. Because it's a tree, I have to take good care of it. Well received.

With the shortage of matcha everywhere, I found Kurasu’s SUI blend through a review on TikTok. I saw that the matcha is from Kyoto, Japan and have gotten good reviews by a couple matcha connoisseurs, so decided to give it a try. The SUI blend stands really nicely against milk when used as a latte, giving a hint of chocolate and the ever so slightly grassiness. Some matcha I’ve tried before disappears when milk is added, but this made a really nice matcha latte. I’d even say it could be more bitter because it’s so smooth. Will repurchase when my bag is out.

So much better than the standard Kalita metal dripper. Consistent, even flow with no choking, regardless of grind size. It also looks and feels beautifully made. I bought the 155 stainless. It's on the small size but works perfectly and is a good size for making a single cup. I ordered from the UK. Delivery was fast and efficient and I was kept informed throughout the order process. Highly recommend both the brewer and this seller.

Thank you so much for my 'Moon Grey' 39Arita Double Wall Cup, It is a pleasure to hold and drink out of. The matt finely textured surface is gentle to the touch and reassuringly only warm when containing very hot drinks. I really enjoy drinking from this beautiful and precisely made piece of ceramic perfection.
