2024 -> 2025 Shipping Schedule

We accept orders during the New Year’s holiday, however, due to the holiday period in Japan from December 28, 2024 to January 5, 2025 the shipping schedule will be irregular.

Customer support will also be closed during the period.

Orders placed before December 26, 2024: shipped out by the end of the yearDecember 28, 2024-January 5, 2025: out of service (Customer support is also out of service.)

Orders placed after December 27, 2024: shipment will resume from January 6, 2025 (orders that include coffee will be shipped out starting from 8th)

Please be aware that some unexpected delays occur after the long holiday.

Orders including coffee beans have a different shipping schedule due to the roasting days.

Orders placed before December 22, 2024, 15:00 (JST): shipped out by the end of the year

Orders placed after the above: shipment will resume from January 8, 2025

Orders placed after January 4, 2025, 15:00 (JST): It will take 1-2 weeks to be dispatched.

We cut off early for December's subscription

Please kindly note that due to our fulfilment calendar, we cut off new purchases of the subscription on December 17th JST.

If you wish to start your plan from December, please make your order by December 17th.  Any new plan purchase after December 18th will be counted for 2025 end of January delivery. This will not affect any existing plans, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
