We opened Kurasu Senopati, located in the heart of Jakarta, in August 2023.

Indonesia holds a special place for Kurasu. Not only have Indonesians massively supported our online store, but so many have walked through the doors of our shops in Kyoto, Singapore, and Bangkok.

Many have asked over the past years for Kurasu in Indonesia and we have finally been able to answer.

We recognize and admire the passion Indonesians hold for coffee. To them, it's not just a beverage; it's a lifestyle, a rich tapestry of culture, and a way of life.

Given that home brewing and drip coffee play pivotal roles in Indonesia's growing coffee culture, we hope that Japanese coffee traditions, along with Kurasu's influence, have had contributed some part to this evolution. We are there to continue to evolve with you.

Kurasu Kissa: 

In December 2023 we had a pleasure to announce that we opened Kurasu Kissa on Jl. Iskandarsyah, which marks our second shop in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The Japanese kissaten inspired shop welcomes anyone who seeks a warm, calm quiet time to contemplate over a cup of coffee and a mellow music- you'll find a piece of the kissaten (Japanese coffee shop) culture here in Jakarta.
