About The Product

From the classic V60 to the birth of V60 NEO

HARIO’s iconic V60 dripper, with its simple conical shape and single-hole design, has long been loved as a standard dripper, balancing freedom of extraction with repeatability.

Its flexibility—allowing flavor to change depending on pouring technique and recipe—has been one of the key reasons for its widespread support.

The V60 Dripper NEO carries forward the philosophy of the original V60 while responding to the increasingly diverse coffee styles of today. It has been reimagined to brew faster, more freely, and as part of everyday coffee routines.

Built on the legacy of the V60, the NEO is designed for greater stability and ease of use.

How the structure and 72 ribs affect extraction

The fine ribs inside the dripper create an ideal gap between the paper filter and the dripper wall, helping to maintain an even flow of water.

This design prevents water from pooling in one area during brewing and allows it to flow smoothly toward the bottom, stabilizing the overall extraction.

As a result, unevenness caused by variations in pouring is minimized, making it easier to reproduce your usual recipe.

NEO’s approach to flavor

As the structure controls the water to flow smoothly through the coffee bed, excessive extraction is reduced, resulting in a clean cup with minimal bitterness or muddiness.

Acidity and sweetness are not overly pronounced, allowing the coffee’s flavor profile to feel natural and well balanced.

This makes the V60 NEO a new conical dripper option that works equally well for daily coffee and for cups where you want to fully explore a coffee’s character.

Expanded brewing possibilities with SWITCH compatibility

The dripper features a separable body and base, allowing it to be used with the HARIO Immersion Dripper SWITCH.

By switching between percolation and immersion brewing, the range of extraction styles expands significantly, offering greater freedom in recipe development and meeting the needs of professional exploration.
