About The Product

A dripper from the town of Seto, designed by a coffee roaster, little flower coffee
Their owner personally involved with not only the conceptualization stage but also the design and development, in collaboration with craftspeople of Seto. Made with the fine material and sophisticated skills, this dripper is designed to make coffee more fun, tastier, and easier to brew.

A product made of soil of Seto and precision

One of the most noticeable features of tukumo Dripper is that it has no ribs. Instead, the angle of the body is optimized to fit the paper filter perfectly, allowing a full, even contact between water and coffee which leads to ample extraction of coffee’s natural sweetness and umami.
The five claws placed at the bottom allow hot water to run through smoothly, stabilizing the extraction speed. This helps controlling the contact time and prevent the unwanted flavors often caused by the over-immersion.

A Seto’s signature fortified clay was selected to provide durability, making this dripper a reliable, long-lasting partner for your coffee journey.

Delve even deeper into the joy of brewing
Along with cone-shaped filter, you can use Kalita wave paper filter 155 size for this dripper. Choose the filter to match the coffee’s characteristics or your mood.

When you rinse the filter prior to brewing, you may notice some air pockets between the filter and the dripper, but as you put coffee and pour water onto the coffee bed, the filter will be weighed down and it will fit the dripper’s wall nicely, stopping any water from bypassing the coffee. As a result, the extraction will be stable and smooth, allowing an efficient sub-2minutes/cup recipes much needed for busy mornings and cafes.

Beautiful dripper

Very nice addition to my dripper collection. Really like the "Hisui"color - to me it's the most beautiful one in the line. Used this dripper with the V60 filter and it performed really well. Definitely an option to try!
