We would like to inform about our current fulfillment situation.
We have been very unlucky with natural disasters this year- due to another big typhoon hitting our area following the one at the beginning of September, our packages are taking longer to be processed.
Usually, parcels are shipped out from Kansai Airport, near where we are, but as the facility is damaged, Tokyo international posting department is helping them out doing the shipping on their behalf. Some of our parcels were no exception and were transferred to Tokyo, and that is causing the delay in process and in update on tracking information.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and the confusion caused, and thank you very much for your understanding and patience.
