Hi everyone, we are officially nearing the end of 2022. The year flew by and in the blink of an eye, the festive season is upon us once more. Due to the New Years' holiday, there will be some changes that are happening with our Kurasu Kyoto Stand and Kurasu Ebisugawa cafes, but also with our shipment and order fulfillment schedule related to our online store.

So be sure to take the following information into consideration if you're planning to visit our cafes or purchase from our store.

12/28 (Wed): 8 am - 6 pm⁠
12/29 (Thur): 8 am - 5 pm⁠
12/30 (Fri): 8 am - 5 pm⁠
12/31 (Sat): 8 am - 3 pm⁠
1/1 (Sun): 12 pm - 6 pm⁠

*Note: Kurasu Ebisugawa will be closed from the 29th of December, 2022 to the 3rd of January 2023. We will resume business on the 4th of January, 2023.

Online store order cutoff dates and order fulfillment schedule:

24th, December 2022 (3 pm JST): The cutoff day for online coffee beans order* for it to be shipped before the end of the year.

29th, December 2022 (10 am JST): For equipment purchases, this is the cutoff day to be shipped before the end of the year. 

4th, January 2023: Domestic and overseas shipping resumes.** 

The customer support team will be unavailable from the 29th of December, 2022 to the 3rd, of January 2023.

Order fulfillment will be unavailable from the 30th of December, 2022 to the 3rd, of January 2023.
