Here’s our interview with Taoka san from Taoca coffee set in their new roastery in Jurinji, Hyogo.

Taoca Coffee was one of our first partner roasters for our subscription service back in 2015,  and it has been our privilege to see them grow over the past 5 years.
We interviewed the roaster, Taoka-san, and discussed about their new roaster (from Probat to Loring), why they decided to open a new shop in Jurinji, and how they establish their roasting profiles, etc.
