Ethiopia Sidamo Logita Honey is a must-try if you love sweet, syrupy cup of coffee to spoil yourself. Coming from the same washing station as the previous Ethiopia Sidamo Logita Washed, we're very excited to try their first ever take on honey process.

Nicaragua Octavio Peralta Paguagais one of the best coffee Head Roaster Kosuke encountered in 2021. It has just the right balance of terroir and process (pulped natural anaerobic), resulting in surprisingly elegant and even comforting taste.
