Our barista, Runatsu is known for her kind personality and lovely smile that lights up Kurasu Ebisugawa.

Some may know that the flower vases we have at Ebisugawa are made by her actually- Runatsu is not only a trained barista, but also a talented professional potter.

We are so proud to announce our new katakuchi tea bowl made in collaboration with Runatsu, the artist.

For this beautiful piece, Runatsu took an inspiration from nature- the season of new green leaves starting to shoot. 

She chose the classic floral motif, shaping it to have a soft silhouette and in a subtle green hue, which compliments any scenes and soothes our minds.

At Kurasu Ebisugawa, we use this katakuchi bowl to serve our ceremonial grade matcha. 

As this is all hand made by Runatsu alone, it is only sold at Kurasu Ebisugawa's storefront.
