From April 25th to May 6th, we have a series of national holidays (called Golden Week Holiday altogether) and there will be temporary changes to our fulfilment schedule.

We accept orders and roast coffee beans during the holiday. However, the shipping and customer support are closed on weekends and on holidays. Please also note that there may be fulfilment delays for orders especially the ones placed between May 2nd and 6th due to a higher volume of the orders to be shipped out after the holidays.
