    Hojicha Roasted Green Tea Powder

    • Powder perfect for making Hojicha tea latte, just like in our cafes
    • Hojicha powder difficult to produce making it a rare product
    • Good balance between bitterness, sweetness, and umami

Hojicha is a roasted green tea, and it's a very popular tea variety in Japan for its fragrant, crisp flavor.

For our Hojicha, we selected only the finest grade leaves and carefully roasted to preserve the sweetness, aroma and Umami.

Then the tea is slowly stone milled (40g/h) to uniformly ground fine powder that works beautifully well for making any Hojicha flavored drink with smooth, grain-free mouthfeel. Perfect for making Hojicha latte, or in baking Japanese style and others- it is also excellent as a secret ingredients to add richness and fragrance to your cooking.

    No sugar added.

    Fancy Overall

So far the best Hojicha powder that I came across from online coffee stores; enjoying the sensation of its subtle bitterness and roasted scents.
On top of that, their fancy packaging is perfect for both self-indulge and as a gift for loved ones!

    New discovery

I was always curious about Matcha lattes and when I came across this product from Kurasu decided to try the Japanese quality, I was extremely impressed with how refined this powder is, it is worth the effort and makes the matcha lattes feel luxurious and full of character... highly recommended if you are not lactose intolerant.

    Quality Hojicha powder

Hard to find a quality Hojicha powder, this is one that not to miss.

    Good quality tea powder

I love the roasted aroma of Hojicha. It's the first time I've made it myself. I usually foam up the powder with some water using a matcha whisk and
then add hot mild. It's delicious! Plus, the packaging is fancy :)
