Hojicha is a roasted green tea, and it's a very popular tea variety in Japan for its fragrant, crisp flavor.
For our Hojicha, we selected only the finest grade leaves and carefully roasted to preserve the sweetness, aroma and Umami.
Then the tea is slowly stone milled (40g/h) to uniformly ground fine powder that works beautifully well for making any Hojicha flavored drink with smooth, grain-free mouthfeel. Perfect for making Hojicha latte, or in baking Japanese style and others- it is also excellent as a secret ingredients to add richness and fragrance to your cooking.
No sugar added.
