Mino Ware has 1300 years of history, produced in Japan’s biggest pottery production area, Tono region in Gifu.
Tono region consists of several sub-regions, all known for superb pottery making- Tajimi, Toki, Mizunami, and Kani. This beautiful drippers were made in a town of Dachi in Toki, and each one of the dripper proudly holds a “DACHI” brand carved onto the bottom.
A Yohen glaze is applied, which changes color as they are fired in the kiln- each comes out in its own unique shade, making your dripper a one of a kind.
