Due to the worldwide Coronavirus pandemic, there have been continuous changes from our logistics partners which we are working closely with the ensure safe delivery to our international customers.
The biggest change has been that Japan post has suspended many of its services affecting a wide range of countries starting from April 2.
We have concluded that we will only be shipping items via our commercial logistics partners DHL, UPS, and Fedex, and will suspend economy and small packet shipment. EMS, where still available will be used as well.
We regret that cheaper shipping options will not be available for the time being, however this is the best way to ensure the security and safety of all of our shipments for the time being.
We would also like be transparent that for some orders we may have to cancel with the advise of our logistics partners. We hope you understand.
