About the Recipe (Summary at the bottom of the page!)
Our Hario V60 Switch iced coffee recipe, designed by our baristas Aki and Runatsu,
“We made this recipe to be simple and easy, with just two pours! It takes full advantage of the Hario Switch's unique features to bring out the full flavor of light roast coffee. To ensure a consistent flavor, pour in a coin sized circular motion”
Note:If you're using older beans, we recommend increasing the coffee dose to 20g.
