Enjoy 3 selections of our best single origin coffee

    * Selection of coffee may change abruptly depending on stock of coffee.

We made this affordable set of single origin coffee so that more people can enjoy our coffee roasted weekly with our Giesen W6A. We hope you'll be able to taste the amazing characteristics of each of these coffees.

The selections changes periodically decided by our roasting team to feature the best greens and roasts at that particular time.

We select 3 single origin coffee (100g each) from what's best and available at the time of your order, for example from the selection below:

    Costa Rica La Candelilla
You can really feel summer in this cup -  subtle sweetness of cane sugar and beautiful citrus freshness. Balanced acidity makes it perfect for a large glass of iced coffee under the summer sun.

    Rwanda Kivubelt
An elegant Rwanda with a juicy acidity like lemon and a rich, dried raisins like sweetness.

    Kenya Karogoto AA
A classic Kenya with a vibrant acidity and sweetness like blood orange. As it cools down you will find a hint of lemongrass. Enjoy brewing it with ice.

    Honduras  Oscar Andres Carballo Alvarado
A Honduras with a mild black grape like fruitiness. As it cools down you will find raspberry and cacao, with a hint of bancha green tea aftertaste.

With 100g you can enjoy around 8 cups of filter coffee in your home.
    Here's our brewing guides.

    Our Roasting Schedule
We roast all of our coffee in Kyoto, at our Fushimi Inari roastery, twice a week on Monday and Friday.
We then pack and ship the freshly roasted beans out as early as on Wednesday and Monday (please note that our fulfilment operation closes on weekends.). The roasting date on your coffee will be between 14 days prior to your order, and while we try our best to ship as younger roast as possible, we actually recommend you waiting at least 1 week after the roasting date to enjoy the fully developed flavor, so if you receive a very fresh roast please let the coffee rest for about a week and give it a try!
*Please note that any order made after 12pm on Thursday and Sunday will likely to be fulfilled on the next week’s roasting day.
