Roaster's Note

Newly joined our coffee shelf is a Geisha white honey from Costa Rica (our roaster’s current top favorite origin!)

The cup comes with a delicate profile but a complexity in flavor, revealing flavor after flavor as it cools down- but you will still find the iconic mouthfeel and the sweetness of Costa Rican honey process. Overall, it is a coffee of a great balance, and a perfect choice when you need a moment of mindfulness.

Details

Located in Tarrazu-Santa Cruz, a world-famous specialty coffee producing area, Puente Tarrazu mill is the area’s one of the oldest micro mill opened by a group of 6 small/medium scale producers in 2000.

San Antonio, where this particular coffee came from, was newly opened by the one of the founders, Rodolfo Rivera san. The Geisha plants here came from Panama as seeds, sewn and grown into this beautiful crop.
