We’re delighted to introduce a naturally processed coffee from Nansebo, Sidamo, Ethiopia.
This lot comes from Moplaco, a renowned Ethiopian exporter. It’s our fifth year working with them, and once again, they’ve delivered an exceptional coffee that beautifully represents the best of Ethiopia.
In the cup, you’ll find notes of cassis and grape typical of the natural process, balanced by bright citrus tones of orange and cherry. The fermentation character is not too heavy and comes with a refined acidity, creating a cup that feels light and balanced.
We’ve roasted it slightly deeper than our filter profile to bring out milk chocolate-like sweetness, making it an excellent choice for espresso and a perfect match with milk. The result is a fruity, floral, and sweet Ethiopian latte that’s bound to become everyone’s favorite.
