Roaster's Note

For this year’s Autumn blend, we selected two beautiful African coffees from Kenya and Ethiopia.

Inspired by the season of abundance and harvest, we chose the greens that have fruity sweetness: while a grape-like rich and plump sweetness from the Kenyan coffee builds the core of the profile, sweet and tart strawberries and raspberries from the Ethiopian coffee sculpts the cup further, adding dimensions.

Also, a long and slow roasting process develops a rich sweetness like caramel in this fruity cup, making this blend a great pick to pair with cakes.

Soon the outside temperature starts to drop, and this coffee will be a perfect companion throughout the season.

While the word “harvest season” usually refers to crops, it can also be used to describe our effort comes to fruition. We hope that all of your hard work throughout the hot summer will come to fruition this autumn, and that our coffee can accompany you through the journey.
